- The product should be taken in to a Hermés Boutique to identify the item as not authentic and relevant documentation is provided (letterhead, details of the bag: colour, stamp, identification marks, serial number, date the product was taken for verification, contact information of the person writing the document etc.).
- We will also require the item to be returned together with proof of purchase from KABINET.
- All documents and receipt of the item being disputed by KABINET should be completed within 3 months from date of receipt by the customer.
- Any extension of this period shall be at the discretion of KABINET.
We take pride in our customer service and would be with our customers every step of their decision-making process. This includes arranging for viewing, providing detailed photos and providing relevant proof of purchase.
